= I am so very glad that I found Steve at Granny's Helper; I can't praise him enough. = I am a Raving Fan(c) of  Steve Tucker and Granny's Helper.  Steve did several unexciting but needed chores and tasks willingly.  His work was of the highest quality and he was fantastic at leaving the worksite clean and neat. He is very polite, considerate, trustworthy and even patient with my rowdy pets.  I have given his contact information to several fans and keep a running list of work for him to do.

= We had a ton of projects that had built up over time and Steve fixed all of them! rotted wood on exterior of house - one on a custom trim piece of wood wooden fence gate buckling and coming open; he fixed and secured wall gouges and other wall and wood damage inside; patched, smoothed and painted mail box that looked like it had been thru a few wars (and our house is only 6 years old...); looks beautiful now! grout in bathroom and kitchen caulking throughout house including bathroom shower and trim due to house settling fan replacement in bathrooms replaced the house water filter system fixed two door stops troubleshot a couple of electrical issues in the kitchen and seems to have fixed (we knew this one might have to be turned over to an electrician) I'm sure I'm missing a ton of things but the idea is, anything we wanted fixed in the house he tackled and fixed. Steve came and did a walk through at the beginning of February. He was very detailed in taking pictures, measuring, etc. for the items we listed at the time. He sent us an estimate on e-mail within a week and we accepted and agreed to a start date of 2/15/10. He reserved the entire week for us (yes, there was that much work!) and once he started fixing things we told him we wanted to add things. We are VERY VERY happy with all aspects of Steve's work and plan on letting him handle all our handyman work in the future.
